Must compete in under 45 minutes

  1. We went to High Mountain Crossfit today and did 5 rounds of:
    400m run
    10 pull-ups
    20 push-ups
    30 sit-ups
    40 BW squats
    My time was 31:23

  2. I still don't have access to a track, so instead I ran around my block, which is a little further than 400m. Completed in 43 minutes. I can't feel my arms right now. :)
